We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Business Analyst / Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a strong background in Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions, providing domain expertise to enhance our lending processes, products, and systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst / SME in Equipment Finance and Asset Backed Lending domain. Strong understanding of collateral management, loan structuring, risk assessment, and compliance. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications. Experience with lending software platforms and data tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
