About the role
Partners across business, IT, privacy, security, and other units to build and strengthen governance capabilities across Data, Information, and AI Governance programs — from established initiatives to those still taking shape. Takes direction and runs with it, translating ambiguous or evolving needs into practical processes, documentation, and tools with minimal day-to-day oversight. Position Duties: Design and implement governance processes, workflows, and documentation for programs across a range of maturity — from established to still-forming Translate business needs into practical frameworks, tools, and training materials Partner with stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences to drive adoption Operate with significant autonomy — identify gaps, propose solutions, and execute without a predefined playbook Flex across programs as priorities shift, applying the same core skill set to different levels of ambiguity and structure Required Skills: Quickly grasps governance, policy, or regulatory requirements and translates them into clear processes, documentation, guides, and stakeholder conversations Comfortable building structure from ambiguity; doesn't wait to be told what to do Strong process design, documentation, and analytical skills Skilled communicator who adapts across technical and executive audiences Self-directed, results-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in business process, governance, compliance, IT business analysis, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred (any field); higher education experience as a student or employee is a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
