About the role
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives for a large-scale financial services project. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on automation expertise, and experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Requirements
Strong experience in QA leadership roles, hands-on expertise in automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc.), proficiency in Java or similar programming languages, experience with API testing (REST/SOAP), solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies, experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM), strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
