US IT Recruiter

The team is a specialized staffing unit focused on placing top IT talent across the United States. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening to negotiating offers and onboarding contractors. This role is critical for maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for our clients in various tech sectors. Day-to-day, the recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source candidates via job boards and social media, conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews, and manage the offer process. The recruiter will also maintain candidate databases and track metrics to improve hiring efficiency. The tech stack includes an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) like Bullhorn or Avionte, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards. The impact of this role is directly tied to the agency's revenue and client satisfaction.
